Your platform isn't in the list? The button works on any site where you can insert code into the <head> tag. The Custom-built site guide shows you how.
The one limitation, put plainly: a few closed platforms allow no custom code at all, such as the SumUp E-shop store hosted by SumUp (only a Google Analytics ID and a Meta Pixel are accepted there). The tag cannot be injected into it. If SumUp is only your payment method on a WooCommerce, Wix or other site, no problem: it is that site that counts, and the tag installs there normally. If in doubt, write to contact@backtome.fr before committing to anything, and we will confirm compatibility.
The BackToMe difference
A button, yes. Proof above all.
Most solutions stop at the form. BackToMe turns every withdrawal into proof that holds up, and that is what protects you in a dispute or an audit.
Sealed timestamp
Every request is sealed with a fingerprint that breaks at the slightest alteration.
Acknowledgement on a durable medium
The customer receives the acknowledgement of receipt required by law, which they keep as evidence.
Archived in France, 5 years
Stored and hosted in France, exportable in one click for a judge or the supervisory authority.
Remember your terms and conditions too. The button covers the withdrawal-button mechanism (EU obligation); your terms of sale must also mention it. Generate my terms and conditions wording.
