How much does BackToMe cost?
Try BackToMe free for 7 days. Then it is €25 excl. VAT per month or €250 excl. VAT per year, per shop. The annual plan includes two months free.
Do I need a payment card to start the trial?
Yes. It starts the trial, but nothing is charged today. Cancel before day 7 and you will not pay anything.
What happens at the end of your trial?
Your subscription starts on the billing period you chose unless you cancel beforehand. Requests already received and their proof remain in your account.
Monthly or annual: what changes?
Annual billing is €250 excl. VAT per shop instead of €300 monthly: two months are free. You can switch to annual from your account; the move back to monthly takes effect at the end of the annual period.
I have several shops. How is it billed?
Each active shop is added to your total at the monthly or annual rate you choose. Additions and removals during a billing period are pro-rated.
Do I have to pay for my test environments (staging, QA, dev)?
No. Only an active shop is billed. You can add your staging, QA or a development subdomain and leave them inactive: they do not show the button and do not enter the bill. You only pay the day you activate a shop, which is when it serves real customers.
Can I set how the button looks?
Yes, and before you pay anything. You choose its position (bottom left or bottom right), its two colours, its wording among three compliant phrasings, the reference asked of the customer (order, invoice, subscription or customer) and the pages it appears on. A preview shows the result while you set it. The recommended wording, “Withdraw from contract here”, is the one the law prescribes: it appears in the official phrasing of each customer’s country.
Is there a programme for agencies and partners?
There is no reseller pricing: every shop pays the public price (25 € ex. VAT/month or 250 € ex. VAT/year). However, web agencies, freelancers, data protection officers, lawyers, creators and merchants can join the partner programme: you recommend BackToMe (your clients create and manage their own account) and you earn 40 % of everything each referred client pays, recurring, for as long as they remain subscribed. That is 10 € per month for a shop on the monthly price, and more as soon as they add a shop or move to yearly. Paid 60 days after month end, from your partner area. You also keep your own service fees.

Barely more than today. The button receives the request, sends your customer the acknowledgement and archives the proof without you. What is left is what you already did: decide, refund, and move the request from “To process” to “Closed”. BackToMe does not add a task, it removes the one where you had to prove the request ever arrived.
What if I get a lot of them?
The price does not move with volume: €25 excl. tax per month per shop, whether you receive three requests or three hundred. The list filters by status and exports to CSV, and you can have an address of your choice notified on every new request (your support inbox, for instance) so you never have to open the dashboard.
How do I cancel, and how do I resubscribe afterwards?
No commitment. You can cancel at any time from My account → Subscription → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for. After that, the button is removed from your shops, but your account stays open: the withdrawals already received, their proofs and their certificates remain viewable and exportable, with no time limit and without paying again. You never lose what has been sealed. To resubscribe later, everything is self-service: a banner appears in My account with an 'Activate everything' button that restarts payment with your usual payment method, with no need to write to us.
