How are my earnings calculated?
You earn 40% of every payment made by a referred customer for as long as they remain a customer: €10 on a €25 monthly payment excluding VAT, or €100 on a €250 annual payment excluding VAT. If the invoice increases, your commission increases in the same proportion because it follows the amount actually paid.
When are my commissions paid?
Earned commissions are paid automatically within 60 days after the end of the month in which they were earned. The payment threshold is €10.
How do I know which customers came from my recommendation?
Your tracking link connects the customer to your partner account. If several partners recommend the same visitor, commission goes to the last link clicked. Your partner area then shows the relevant sign-ups, subscriptions and commissions.
Do I have to provide support or invoice the customer?
No. The customer subscribes to and pays BackToMe directly. They manage their account and contact our team with any product or support question.
Can I recommend BackToMe to several customers?
Yes. You can share your link with as many customers, readers or audience members as you wish.
